Commercial Cleaning Specialist (Evening Shift - Monday through Saturday)

Established in 1991, PBM is a leading commercial janitorial and facility services company.  

We are seeking reliable and experienced individuals to join our team to provide evening janitorial services at a large-scale facility in Farmington Hills, MI

This is an evening position (Monday - Saturday) with the shift starting after business hours (after 7pm Monday - Friday and after 5pm Saturday).  The duration of the shift is approximately 3 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing surfaces

+ Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming flooring

+ Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms

+ Removing trash and replacing liners

+ Refiling supplies, as necessary

+ Operating floor cleaning equipment such as walk-behind scrubbers

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Candidates should be reliable, trustworthy and have a solid work ethic

+ Have a keen eye for detail and take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

+ Be polite, courteous, and professional

+ Be well groomed and maintain good personal hygiene

+ Have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license

+ 3-5 years prior janitorial experience in a large-scale commercial setting is preferred
