Marketing Associate for CPG Beverage Company

Position Description & General Functions

Our business currently needs support in the following areas including but not limited to marketing and events and PR.  This position reports and works directly with the CMO.

General Functions:

·  Trade Shows & Events – Management & Execution

• • Seek out new events for the year and coordinate with event contact to organize event
  • Set up and break down booth/tent with product displays and table.
  • Attend events along with sales rep or other staff member to sample product and be a brand ambassador for the brand

·  Digital Media and Multi-mix Media Channel Management

• • Coordination with Social Media Manager to ensure feed looks good and content is in line with the brand
  • Print and digital forms of advertising with existing partners in the distribution and customer facing channels. Includes working with our design partners for various assets (i.e. - web, cans, swag, event assets)

·  Sales Team Support

• • Graphical and sales support asset management and in-field reporting management. Includes liaising with distributors to communicate demos, and other sales marketing requests. Lead generation support.
• PR / UPROAR / Product launch / Calendar Management / Vendor Management
  • Organization and optimization for PR campaigns
  • Asset management gathering and liaise with agency
• Advertising Management and Oversight
  • Campaign reporting including ROI for the following but not limited to: Google PPC, Amazon PPC, Bing, Billboards

·  CRM

• • Customer Relations Management both in field and digitally

·  Online sales

• • Support functions and process but not limited to the following: label printing Monday-Thursday using ShipStation software, pick, pack & ship management and oversight
• General Computing Skills
  • Competent and ability to work in various software such as but not limited to: HubSpot, MS Office, ShipStation, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (a plus but not required) Google Drive, Dropbox.
• Processes and Systems
• Work with CMO to improve various process and systems within the Sales and Marketing functions.
