About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Engineer to join our growing team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our critical IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for a wide range of technical tasks, including system administration, network support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration:

  • Manage and maintain on-premises servers (Microsoft Server) and cloud environments (Azure).

  • Perform system installations, upgrades, and configurations.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues.

  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect our IT systems and data.

• Network Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

  • Manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Maintain network security and performance.

• End-User Support:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Assist with the deployment and support of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).

• Project Assistance:

  • Contribute to IT-related projects, such as cloud migrations, network upgrades, and software implementations.

  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT security best practices.

• Technical Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in an IT Engineer or Systems Administrator role.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Server and Azure technologies.

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Server and/or Azure (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator Associate).

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a 1 team.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for technology and a continuous drive to learn.
