Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager - Multiple Locations
We are looking for a results-driven Retail Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager responsible for the overall store management and facilities operations. The successful candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will succeed if they have a retail/customer service background, employee management, or retail management. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths (quarterly formal evaluation structure)
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
- Additional store manager duties as needed
Skills
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager (strongly preferred)
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer service and management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred but not required)
Hours:
- The standard schedule outline is 11 am-7 pm Tuesday - Saturday for store Managers and Friday-Monday for Assistant Store Managers. Subject to change based on needs of location and staff. Managers and Assistant Managers may need more hours/days at certain times of the year based on performance.
