Customer Service

Schedule looking for 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and 11am -7:30pm or 11:30pm to 8pm 8 Hour shifts full time 40 hours a week.
We are looking for people who are ready and ambitious to fill the role of assisting clients with their challenging situations that relies on the ability to think and react quickly and formulate solutions to their pressing matters.
On a day to day basis our customer service representatives will be called to:
- Support your team in ensuring all clients are handled in a timely manner
- Answering all in bound calls and assisting the clients to the best of your ability
- Have the capability of effectively breaking down information to gain the clients agreement and trust
- Utilize good judgment and understanding of our company and how we operate
- Challenge yourself to learn new things to offer utmost service to our clients
Qualifications:
- Experience with windows based programs and ability to navigate within multiple screens
- Excellent communication and problem solution skills ability to type 40 wpm
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- A commitment to dealing with clients and team mates with the utmost respect
- The ability to deal with a variety of personalities and scenarios
- The ability to empathize and put clients at ease who may be going through a hard time and a dedication to guide them to help based off their situation
- A strong interest in continued learning
