Rosno Management and Leasing Ltd., is an affiliate of John Ross & Sons Ltd. And is a diversified property management company located in Halifax. They are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Property Accounting Bookkeeper!
As the successful individual, you will bring o the table:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting for property management
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and experience in Yardi or comparable Property Management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills - must be able to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thrives in a team environment
What you will be doing:
- Administering all real estate in Yardi
- Posting rental payments
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Overseeing bank auto payments
- Tracking with Excel spreadsheets
- Tenant relations
