We are looking for a Corporate Event Planner who will join our team to plan and manage the delivery of exceptional internal and external meetings, trade-shows and events. +    Design, Plan and Negotiate – In all unique, recurring, and new events and trade-shows you will design, plan and negotiate every detail from the selection of the venue, the entertainment, the menu, the administration of the invitee list and every detail in-between.

+    Liaise – In support of and in collaboration with the event host you will be the liaison to all resources external and internal in the planning and execution of events.  

+    Create Memorable Moments - You will use your event planning experience and skills to understand your target audience and create memorable moments that will capture, engage and wow the attendees.    


+    Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing or Public Relations or equivalent combination of education and experience

+    5+ years’ experience planning corporate events and coordinating trade-shows

+    Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP) or Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or related experience

+    Ability to travel and work flexible hours around event schedules


+    Solid negotiating skills

+    Strong organizational / project management skills with the ability to manage and take independent responsibility for multiple tasks

+    Robust interpersonal and communication skills to work with customers, vendors, executives and colleagues
