IT/Software Integration Engineer

Duties:
•Development of high level language and startup of special machinery in the aircraft production industry
•Project coordination in the fields of software development and IT-integration
•Selection and integration of software modules while considering functionality, costs, quality and technical aspects in the context of eletrical and mechanical construction, service and development
•Creation of outage-proof network architecture
•Understanding and adaptation of complex software architecture
•Enhancement and continous development of existing standards
•Project specific adaptation and testing of software at the actual machines
•Technical coordination of IT-interfaces with customers and vendors
•Coordination of internal and external startups
•Create documentation of the developed software based on company standards

Education, Knowledge & Experience :
•BS/BA/Certificate in IT or computer engineering and/or experience in this industry 2+ years
•Interpersonal skills, team player, great communication skills and persuasiveness, stress-resistant, goal oriented and willing to learn new skills
•Method competencies: SQM, complexity estimates and planning, creation of specifications
•Open to occasional travel (international and national)
•German language knowledge is a plus

Please note : The candidate for this positon will be required to do a 6 month paid training in Germany.

Controls/visualization Knowledge in Siemens Step 7, Graph 7, WinCC and WinCC Flexible, 840D, TIA-Portal, VisiWin, Simatic IT, Hydra
Interfaces/bus systems: OPC UA, Ethernet, VPN, ProfiNET, ProfiBus
Development environment: Visual Studio .NET
Programming languages: .NET, SQL, XML, Delphi
OS: Windows XP / 7 / 8 / 10
Database: MS SQL-Server, Firebird, MS Access
PDM: Subversion, Sharepoint
Groupware: MS Exchange/Outlook
