As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Payworks, you will work alongside all members of the marketing department to maximize quality lead generation and conversion and further develop Payworks’ online presence. The successful candidate will develop and work with the team to execute an effective digital marketing strategy.

+ Analyze, design and optimize campaigns using HubSpot, Sugar CRM, Qualtrics and marketing website.
+ Automate and implement online processes for campaigns and prospecting activities.
+ Work with marketing and outside agencies to design, develop, implement and maintain emails, landing pages, forms, reports, and templates for use by others in marketing.
+ Make recommendations for SEO, usability, and conversion optimization and ensure investment in digital marketing is maximized.
+ Design and deliver a dashboard that summarizes and provide insights on digital marketing activities, outcomes, and ROI.
+ Design and deliver analytics reports to help drive informed decisions as they relate to digital marketing.
+ Make recommendations for improvements and provide insights on digital performance on a regular basis.
+ Consult and collaborate with a variety of Payworks stakeholders to manage and optimize lead scoring.
+ Provide insight on digital opportunities as they relate to the company’s overall marketing objectives.
+ Work with the marketing team to bring fresh ideas and creativity in developing innovative campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
+ Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing or related field.
+ 3 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising.
+ Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation, and SEO.
+ Experience using HubSpot or other comparable marketing automation software.
+ Strong Google Analytics background and ability to report meaningful information and provide insights.
+ Basic understanding of web development (HTML, flash, sequel).
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to read, write, and speak French considered an asset.
