Position Summary/ Key Responsibilities:
This role is 100% focused on hunting for new business opportunities.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Drive new business by generating leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of potential new customers.
- Target Account Selling: Identify, research, and penetrate high-value target accounts across key industries such as Media & Entertainment (M&E), Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), and Manufacturing Product Design (MPD).
- Collaboration & Lead Qualification: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to create opportunities and qualify leads for the Enterprise Sales Team.
- Industry Expertise: Quickly familiarize yourself with and provide consultations on BOXX’s solutions and their applications within M&E, AEC, and MPD markets.
- Campaign Development: Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to increase demand for BOXX’s high-performance computing solutions.
- Networking: Attend virtual and in-person events to build relationships and promote BOXX products.
- CRM Management: Log all activities, leads, and opportunities accurately in the CRM to support forecasting and reporting.
Experience/Requirements: (Type of work experience, minimum number of years of each).
- Proven success in B2B or tech sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn MPD, AEC, and M&E software and applications.
- High-energy, results-driven, and tenacious, with a "hunter" mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, competitive, and highly analytical approach to achieving sales targets.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or quota-carrying role focused on new business.
- Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Force Management) is a plus.
- Strong data-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization of prospecting strategies.
